A smash-hit ballet is set to return to the stage.
Matthew Bourne’s double Olivier Award-winning production of The Red Shoes will be performed in Southampton as part of a UK tour.
The show will run at the Mayflower Theatre from March 10 to 14, 2026.
Matthew Bourne, director and choreographer, said: "I’m thrilled to announce today that 11 of the original cast of The Red Shoes, which premiered in 2016, are returning for this 10th anniversary production, performing the roles they created, possibly, for the last time.
"This is something that no New Adventures fan will want to miss."

Inspired by the 1948 Powell and Pressburger film, the ballet tells the story of Victoria Page, a young woman who dreams of becoming the greatest dancer in the world.
The production is set to a score by Hollywood composer Bernard Herrmann.
